“the "timed" trial starts when you place the order.......your subscription starts in two weeks...... took over a week to get the product, mine arrived between christmas and new years holiday........then your company activated subscription on a sunday night.......got the notification monday morning....tried to cancel /stop the order.........was told i was too late.....checked tracking......still in your facility waiting pick up.......needless to say; i had no idea if your product provided a benifit to the dog or if he real even liked it.......but i did know, i did not want to deal with your company...........ty

“Paid for shipping of “free” bag to let dogs try. I would have ordered more but I got a email of a pending delivery and charge that I didn’t sign up for. Felt like a scam. Tried to cancel they said it was too late. So I shipped it back to them ( my expense) cancelled my subscription.
Still haven’t gotten a email confirmation of that.

“I'm giving this to just one of my dogs. However, I'll let each one of them taste song. I love them, loved the flavor. I sprinkle it on one of my dogs food and he always eats every single morsel. He looks the place so clean, I just about don't have to wash it.”
