“Seven year old neutered male cat doesn’t like Ruff Greens Meow Greens. He won’t eat it plain or on dry Food (Science Diet Indoor Adult 7 +)
The only solution has been to mix the Meow Greens in a ball of canned moist food (Blue Wilderness turkey or chicken) and then cover it with remaining teaspoon of moist cat food.
He doesn’t “clean the bowl.””
“This is no reflection on the quality of the product. The amount included in the sample is in no way sufficient to allow before-and-after comparisons. More importantly, I have found comparable products at considerably lower cost. The lack of communication issue: I've made repeated requests for you to indicate even one promised link to allow me to cancel any manner of subscription to any future product offers or shipments.
I stated clearly that I had wanted to make the assessment of any changes in my cat's behavior/health/et al. THEN I would consider ordering more. No such option was offered. You emails & ads pointed only to automatic shipment unless I clicked on a so-far non-existant link to end the supscription that I've never started. STILL no response. Terrible customer service in that regard.

DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ANY AMOUNT FOR ANY REASON.
ERASE ALL INFORMATION ABOUT ME FROM ALL YOUR SYSTEMS.
That should solve the problem.
You might consider having your IT folks fix the "missing cancellation link" problem.
Also make subscriptions "opt-in" instead of automatic.
You ads imply that you offer customer service. Your actions prove otherwise.”
