“i ordered a rug from RugStore . It was not in stock, and I was given the option of cancelling and getting my money back. I elected to go ahead with my Order (the rug was Belgian ,so I anticipated a wait.) i received almost daily updates on the progress of my order ( both by telephone and Email.) I was given a delivery date( again by Email and telephone) and it arrived when they said it would. i was really impressed with the service provided by RugStore and by their efficient, friendly and helpful Staff.
