“Very satisfied with this product; happy there is no BPA. Useful for storage and for bulk ferment of sourdough. Although for sourdough a 6 L would be preferable to provide enough room for stretch and folds.”
“For home use, you can buy Rubbermaid or you can buy something you will pass down to your grandchildren. These containers are Incredibly sturdy and the lids snap on securely. The square shape saves a lot of space. These are where I store baking ingredients in the cupboard as well as frozen fruit in the freezer, which does away with a messy pile of plastic bags.”
