“I was looking to buy another Victorianox Fibrox Chef Knife as a gift, but this was on sale at the time for a bit less and I thought I would try it out. Time may tell another story, but so far the knife appears to be of a better quality metal than the Victorianox and in general feels of a higher quality and weight and balance than the Victorianox. I will update this review when I have a better sense of how it keeps its edge over time and how it holds up overall, but I am very happy with this blade.”
