“I was very disappointed that I ordered the wrong size of wine glasses and that is on me. However, to incur an almost 25% loss on this order is unacceptable. I will never order from this site again. I am sure you don't care as I am just one homeowner and not a company, but this from my perspective is a disgrace.
I opened the box and saw I had ordered the wrong size wine glass. I initiated the return, sealed it back up and away it went. No damaged glasses. 11 of them never even made it out of the box. Very very disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this level of service to anyone (there should be a zero rating for this). They are lovely wine glasses, but there are a LOT of lovely wine glasses out there.”
