“Useless and overpriced. It buckles on a gas stovetop and overcooks in an oven. It is an inefficient over-priced gimmick. The little egg holders are flimsy and available separately at $5 each. The bain-marie pan and lid can be purchased for around $60.00. You pay $300 for a stainless steel sheet with 15 holes. The lid sticks to the cooking eggs. My stainless steel forger says he could have made this for less than $80.00. Expensive lesson DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The producer and seller are very opportunistic”
