“My 18"x24" maple cuttingbboard is amazing but I wish there were thicker wood cutting boards. My board has a 3/16" twist in it (one corner is 3/16" off my counter when trying to lay it flat), and it would not be great for rolling dough to a perfectly even thickness. In my opinion as a woodworker, this is a direct result of the thickness and partially the grain orientation. It is still a terrific cutting board and I love using it for large quantity vegetable prep. Highly recommended!”
