“Upon unwrapping the pot looked and felt very durable. nice and heavy, with a good bottom on it. Unfortunately after one use a chunk of stainless on the interior had come off. I dont want sharp metal in my food, nor do i want future cooking on exposed aluminum. I exchanged it for another one and it happened again, only worse the second time. Im not sure if this is the usual quality of signature wares, or if it is just a bad batch. Either way I was unhappy with this purchase and will be trying a different brand instead.”
