“On January 10, 2024, I asked a question about a color that was unclear on the website via the online chat function; this message was not answered until the following day. I also sent an email regarding the color question on the same day, right after ordering; in the email, I mentioned that I had already ordered Item P15 but I wanted the color to match the color on the website, which was not specified. I found out on January 11th the order had already been processed and shipped without any regard to either one of my messages.
While the owner offered to replace the sign upon return of said item, nevertheless, despite Express shipping (+ $10), the item did not arrive until 21 January.
Overall, I'm disappointed in the response time and in the prioritization of communication, espeically as I was a customer at the time of my 2nd message, and in the color detail/labels shown on the website. I'm also disappointed that Express shipping took 10 days to travel from Oklahoma to Alabama.
The quality of the sign is very good; no burrs or rough edges were evident.”
“I ordered this as a wedding gift but was unsure of how long it would take to be made . It arrived sooner than expected! Very well made. Edges are smooth. Matte black finish is uniform on both sides. This sign is sturdy yet lightweight for hanging indoors or out. I made a wise purchase with no regrets. The Rusty Rooster will be my go to for wedding gift purchases. JKS-OH”
