“First of all David and the team at satnavishop are a very friendly and highly professional and trustworthy online seller. The instructions provided to carry out the update was perfect. The update process went relatively smoothly for me considering it was my first time ever to update a Porsche Cayenne PCM 3.1 sat nav system! The whole update process including updating the PCM 3.1 took roughly 2 hours for me. The price for the sat nav update was really good compared to having your sat nav updated in a Porsche garage dealership. I believe the latest map update in a Porsche garage for a Porsche cayenne was just a 2019 map. So it’s a no brainier to update your sat nav to 2022/2023 from here! Overall I would highly recommend this update for PCM 3.1 sat nav based systems. I will always update my sat nav cars here no doubt! And finally a massive thank you to David and the rest of the team here at satnavishop!!!”

“Great instructions provided by David and link to video showing Map update. Easy to use and labelled USB sticks. Also comes with latest system software on DVD if your PCM isn't running the latest version. Nice to use a USB for the Maps as you can leave it unattended whilst the maps are installed instead of having to feed in 5 DVDs.”

“Porsche is currently charging £255 for this map update. Installation was very simple and took just over an hour, so save yourself the trip to the dealer and a good chunk of cash too. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Porsche dealership quoted £376 … saving £247! Successfully upgraded PCM firmware to 4.76 and latest version of maps. It took a few attempts over a couple of hours. Instructions could be a bit clearer but got there in the end!”

“After submitting my order a well packaged DVD and 3 USB keys arrived in the post, and installation instructions by email. The instructions (including linked video) were clear, though the lack of feedback from the PCM system during a couple of steps creates a little uncertainty. All went without a hitch. I left the car plugged into a charger in the footwell 12V connector throughout. Total time was less than 2 hours.”
