“Ich habe lange nach einer Alternative zu Soylent Drink in Deutschland bzw. Europa gesucht. Nach langer Suche und etlichen Pulvern hat mir ein Freund Saturo empfohlen und ich war sehr begeistert. Der Geschmack ist sehr cremig und dabei ist es noch vegan.Die angegeben 3 Stunden Sättigung kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich denke eher erst nach 4-5 Stunden wieder an das Essen.Früher habe ich nie gefrühstückt, aber nun nehme ich mir auf dem Weg zur Arbeit eine Flasche mit und spare mir morgens mit dem Saturo Mahlzeitenersatz viel Zeit und erhalte dennoch eine sehr gesunde Ernährung. Saturo enthält alle Vitamine und Mineralien und sonstige Nährstoffe. Eine Flasche enthält 25% des Tagesbedarfs.An manchen Tagen trinke ich sogar 2-3 Flaschen und ich muss sagen, dass mir nichts fehlt. Zu Beginn war es ungewohnt, das Essen zu trinken. Nach 3-4 Flaschen hatte sich der Kopf eingestellt.Obwohl es nicht unbedingt gekühlt werden muss, stelle ich meine Flaschen immer in den Kühlschrank, da es kalt am Besten schmeckt.Schokolade ist mein Favorit. Saturo Original und Kaffee finde ich aber auch sehr gut. Kaffee trinke ich meistens morgens, denn es hat noch Koffein.Ich gebe 5 Sterne für Saturo und kann es jedem empfehlen.”

“Its changed my working life. I commute in the morning to London and it takes 1 hour 20 minutes if I leave at 6 am. Every minute over 6 am costs me 1.5 minutes because of traffic, so if I leave at 6.30, it takes me around 2 hours. Saturo is God-send. I don’t need to spend time making breakfast and eating it in stress of traffic. I don’t need to mix any powders and blend, then pour into a bottle, then wash the bottle etc… I just grab the ready to drink Saturo and I am on my way. I have it while commuting and that saves me valuable time in the morning. I start early and achieve a lot. I also have one for lunch and it saves me a lot of hassle as I return to work quickly.Taste:I love it. Its so good that I have it slowly to savour it and enjoy it. I crave it on weekends or when I am travelling internationally. My favourite is the basic unflavoured one. Chocolate is good too but it feels like having chocolate milk (a bit desserty). I don’t like the taste of coffee Saturo. I like my coffee separately anyway.Feeling:After I finish a bottle, I feel just right in terms of satisfaction. Not too filling but definitely enough. I tried another ready to drink product and it was 400 calories and 400 ml. That wasn’t enough. Saturo is just right for me at 500 calories and 500 ml.Balanced:This has helped me regulate my calories in a balanced way and I have become fitter and I believe healthier because of the oats.Packaging:The bottle is not too thick and I hope it’s not too much of a burden on the environment. I recycle and the benefit is that I don’t have to wash and waste water and detergent.Convenience:I don’t need to think about food anymore. Frees my mind for more important stuff during the weekdays. Weekends are for indulgence!Highly recommended!”
