“The delivery company stated that they had left the parcel with a neighbour and gave her name & photo. On checking the photo there was no parcel showing and the neighbour was not called the same as the delivery person had left. Contacted the supplier but no reply give for 3 days. In the end I contacted Schoffal direct and they were very helpful & a refund give promptly. However my partner didn’t get the birthday present she wanted.”
