“The jumper itself is nice to look at, the main problem is the smell of perfume it has been sprayed in. I think the jumper that was sold to me is second hand / returned and resold. I have been in contact with Schoffel and they said they would get back to me within 5-7 working days, which they have not, so when I was asked on a separate email to leave a review, I thought I would oblige. In summary a nice item but very poor customer service and quality control on returns.”
