“I ordered the fleece for my mum's Christmas present, the process was clear and easy to use, the speedy service was excellent.
The only issue I had was the size was too small, which was slightly surprising with a German brand. However, the return was dealt with very effectively and a larger replacement was sent out to my mum promptly, this was much appreciated at such a busy time of year.
Mum loves the fleece and will look to order more items in the future.

“Unfortunately I do not feel your service matches your product . The size was small considering it would be worn over the top of other clothing. I was very disappointed that you do not offer a free exchange service for sizing so I was forced to pay the returns postage. I did not exchange out of principle of having to pay postage so requested a refund.”
