“I never received the gilet that I ordered because I asked for it to be sent by Royal Mail & you refused. I don't ever deal with couriers as they are invariably unable to deliver to us being too stupid, illiterate, dishonest, unable to find our house, unable to come at a respectable time in a recognisable vehicle. If you're lucky you may find a parcel weeks later on the terrace or in a neighbour's garden. Royal Mail are the only reliable, honest, efficient, well-mannered delivery people & I won't have anyone else even if it means forgoing your lovely gilet.”
