“I cannot recommend your Burley Fleece Camel because it has not yet arrived. Ordered & paid for a week & a half ago & promised daily it is still in the clutches of that inefficient, dishonest delivery firm you insist on using. Royal Mail are the best.
Why on earth do you use these rogue couriers? They are notoriously unreliable & diminish your reputation. Your lovely Schoffel stuff deserves better.
