“I rate your product excellent and I'm very pleased indeed with it, well made, stylish, just what I like but your service was dreadful, which is why I've rated it very poor. I waited for over two months, yes over two months, for delivery and I only received it in the end by ordering direct from your factory when I received it within a couple of days which was over a weekend. I felt very sorry the shop, James Templeton in Shrewsbury, because, despite every effort, they could not improve on the delivery and yet I could get the gilet on an overnight delivery. It seems you do not operate on a first come first served basis, you operate on a bigger you are the better we will serve you and you prefer to cut out the smaller shop by supplying me direct overnight. It was not good enough and you should be ashamed of yourselves because it is, in the end, the smaller shops that generate your business in the future. I could not have bought the gilet had I not seen it in our local shop. I can say no more because your attitude makes me very angry. James Harrison.”
