“The overall packaging of the kit I received was well put together, looks and feels like good quality, the selection of various shapes and sized applicators is a nice touch as well. Working in the automotive industry this was the first time using ScratchesHappen, but not my first time using aftermarket touch up paints. The consistency of the primer, paint and clear coat were all as expected and easy to work with. How ever the paint tint is not even remotely close to being a colour match. My vehicle has very minimal miles on it, it is regularly washed and power polished. The condition of the paint on my vehicle is well above average, so contaminated, damaged, or faded paint does not come into play.
Maybe I got a mis tinted batch, maybe I didn’t. But I don’t think I will spend my money on them again to find out.”
