Since his old favourite went out of production, we've been trying to replace our mardy cat's biscuit with one he actually likes and will eat without a battle. Scrumbles are much smaller pieces & seem slightly softer as he chomps them. And he's been scoffing them down very happily which he hasn't done with other big-name brands we've tried. Ordered a small bag as a trial & have just received our next - bigger - bag as it's been a success. We'll just have to see if the fussy old furbag still likes them in a month or so...
As to customer service, Scrumbles have been brilliant. Both orders were despatched and delivered very quickly, within 1-2 days of ordering. Fantastic.”
