For those who like practicing yoga and the sea, this experience is perfect! Very nice people, great location and well organised. Even just to try it once, it's worth it.

I really enjoyed my Paddle Yoga Class in Cascais. I went in July this year. It was super magical and just what my body needed after a stressfull, hard going fair few months. I was warmly welcomed and went straight into the session which was awesome. It ended up only being myself in the class so it felt very much like a one on one class. The weather was misty and rainy at first but once we paddled out into a small cove area the sun graced us with its presence. I loved the teaching method too, I felt very trusted and at ease in Lia's (I hope I have got her name correct, so sorry if I haven't) presence and expertise and found her super interesting. I can't recommend this class enough. I would happily go again whenever I visit Cascais. : ) Much love!
