“Poor communication skills between Seabookings and tour guide. Tour guide forgot about our booking, after trying to call for over an hour he calls back, shows up another hour late. Snacks were pointless (cheese and crackers), serves cheap cava. Boat trip was uncomfortable due to weather conditions and leaving after sunset (had to hold on tight for most of it and cava spilled all over me). Definitely not a luxury experience, more on the cheap budget side. Requested a refund and only received €120. Will never book with them again.”

Hola Cherise, buenos dias, thanks again for sharing such complete feedback about your experience with us. We're very sorry we did not meet your expectations. I took the time to check the email contact you had with us and the feedback by your local tour provider and I conclude: 1. there was a delay but they made up for it by sailing until later and by offering cava. 2. seems like you really enjoyed the cheap cava as you had 3 bottles. 3. sorry you did not like the snacks, if you have special requirements, maybe next time, you can make a special request about this, before booking. We'd be happy to accommodate. 4. if you book a sailing tour, the weather conditions are always a tricky one, maybe next time, you might want to consider a coastal or river tour on a motor yacht. 5. the sailing yacht you went on is indeed one of the most luxurious ones you'll find in BCN. 6. given the costs that the local tour provider and us incurred and the fun you had (according to your skipper), the 20% refund is very fair. In fact, one of the people in your group even left a very kind review to the local tour provider ;) 7. Nathalie's emails were always very empathetic and professional and she did an amazing job as an intermediary between you and your local tour provider. In sum, I believe we did our best. We still hope you had a great time in BCN. Gracias!
