“Ordered super king in error and called secret linens to change my order to king size. I was told there wasn't a problem but they still sent super king. Have washed as wouldn't put on bed before use and explained this to secret linens. Was told someone would get back to me to assist but sadly no one did. Disappointed with customer care service and have a sheet that is useless.”

“I was kept informed at all times on where my parcel was. It was also possible to view the parcel en route by the tracking device. Very impressive. The linen is exceptional quality. I will certainly be back Also the customer service was very helpful Well done”
