“Have to say that I’m really disappointed with the linen sets I bought (powder blue and cumin). The colours are beautiful, and they were sift out if the packet (like slightly slubby, washed in look) but once washed they went hard and crisp as plastic. I washed them absolutely as per instruction in the fun little newspaper they include in the parcel (along with very pretty packaging and a teapot sachet- nice touch) but even after 4 washes they remain hard. They also fluff and shed terribly, I expected some shedding but not after 4 washes. There was powder blue fluff all over my bedroom. I honestly hope they will improve with use, or else I fear I’ve made a very expensive mistake... These were meant to replace some very old linen duvet sets I had, that never once shed and are lovely and soft, from the start.”
