“Grown hydroponically under a 315W CMH using General Hydroponics nutrient and supplement series. My yields were a little low on this one in comparison to other strains, but what it lacked in quantity it more than made up for in quality. While the leaves had a more sativa appearance, the flowers were very dense indica-type ones that developed some hints of purple at the end of ripening. The flavor and aroma are amazing! I don't get watermelon personally, but the resemblance to the namesake candy is otherwise exact, with a pungent mix of citrusy and generic fruity notes. When given to a friend without revealing the strain, they remarked, "It smells like an opened bag of Skittles!" The vendor does not list potency but subjectively it is pretty high, probably too strong for any beginners. Overall, this one has definitely earned a spot among my favorites.”
“Bought 3 seeds in March which all popped. Flowered two initially and kept one as a mother. The smoke is top notch. Very uplifting high I enjoy writing while smoking this stuff. The mother was very resistant to pests had a minor issue with a mimosa getting a minor aphid infestation but the watermelon has thicker stems and seems to be a lot more pest resistant. This thing clones like a dream. I have close to 80% success rate with clones. As the clones come to harvest the high keeps getting better. Would definitely recommend keeping a mother and getting some clones harvests in because it really gets a lot more potent. I plan on keeping the mother around a while longer because it really it a tasty strain with a lot of power.”
