“Cost was okay. Quality were great for seedbanks. Lady well im not sure why were talking about lady. The insurance part means waiting a month to do a claim them about another month to two to get the seeds your ordered .”
“Well worth it. I placed my first order with seedsmans and unfortunately it was lost in transit. I contacted seedsman on a Friday and by Monday my order was replaced and resent out. The customer service representative was super helpful and understanding. I didn’t have to go back and forth. All they said was the Parcel appears to be lost in transit and they will issue me a new product. They also honored the free seeds I got too. I highly recommend the insurance especially with shipping delays due to Covid.”
