“I feel that non delivery is mostly a packaging problem not caused by us but more likely to be on your side and therefore one resend would be more appropriate like most other companies offer. I did loose 2 orders from you at the same time so clearly packaging problem. After several emails you did resend one order only so I kissed my money for the other goodbye. Wasn’t impressed. If the same item is being offered at the same price and with one free resend you might find people going elsewhere. I’m not a new customer so better communication and treatment wouldn’t hurt, not only to me but everyone. Just my opinion. Keith.”
