“I have purchased seeds from the site on separate occasions and have chosen both guarantee shipping options. To my surprise and somewhat shock, the seeds come in the exact same bubble wrapped paper envelope. Since there is a guarantee resend of seeds on both shipping methods and they both come in the original seed package i know now that i was scammed out of my money paying for the $18 "guaranteed shipping"
When i could have paid $8 and gotten the exact same product. Then when i left a review seedsman.com responded by blaming me for and assuming i didn't know the shipping option was not a required purchase. The product is misleading when the site shows the seeds coming in upgraded packaging like it shows on seedsman.com. other seed banks put your seeds in upgraded packaging when you pay extra. Again this is all on top of the ridiculous $9 postage fee that seedsman.com charges for shipping when most other sites cover the shipping cost. I am also tired of spending money on a site that has a rewards program that has been stuck in limbo forever. Other sites actually take the time to acknowledge every buyer with credit towards your next purchase regardless of being a big spender or not, seedsman.com only seems to care about professional grow sized buyers and not so kuch about the everyday grower who actually just enjoys growing. I will no longer be using seedsman.com for any future purchases.”
