“I got the seeds in the mail, so that was good, because I thought it was lost or never sent. I got two different emails with one confirming my shipment was sent out and then another one three weeks later saying my package should be delivered... On the same date I ordered three weeks ago.
I was confused so I tried to send an e-mail, which stated I could respond to it for support. When I did, I got an automated message telling me that address wasn't actually monitored and to send an e-mail to a link that was a completely different website than what I had ordered from to begin with.
When I did finally manage to get some support I was basically told my package was on it's way and that your system was having problems. That was it. Very unhelpful.
When I did get my package in the mail, I was surprised because I wasn't expecting it. It was sent in a USPS bubble mailer, with all of the original packaging still intact, so apparently I wasted my money on the delivery insurance.
As far as the seeds themselves go, they are currently on their 5th week growing in my tent, but I am not going to be able to know the quality of the strain until I can harvest it. But I guess I should be happy they are growing.”
