“Appreciate being able to insure my purchase, but I did NOT appreciate being CHARGED TWICE and NO ONE bothered to reply to my email about it and NEVER got a refund. Since you're in another country, I have no recourse. Haven't made up my mind yet, but will probably will seek another seller next time.”
