“Paid for delivery insurance with tracking, seeds didn't arrive after 5 weeks and were supposedly sent without tracking because tracked items would be likely be intercepted by Australian customs. Contacted support and was offered a resend which also has not been received now 8 weeks after the date I was informed they'd been dispatched the second time, also without tracking. I've contacted support twice over the last 3 weeks to resolve the issue of not receiving purchased goods, and still have not been given a response.
I've had all previous purchases from seedsman arrive with tracking, no problem. The fact that I'm not getting a response from support plus the fact I wasn't supplied with the tracking I paid for leads me to believe that seedsman is scamming Australian customers.”
