“I had high hopes for these Seedsman seeds, but unfortunately, they didn’t sprout at all. I used other seeds in the same conditions, and they grew just fine, so I know it wasn’t an issue on my end. When I reached out for a replacement, I was caught in a frustrating cycle of endless questions and photo requests. It felt like their goal was to wear me down rather than honor the guarantee. I understand they need to prevent abuse of their policy, but this process was a waste of time for a legitimate issue. Very disappointing experience.”
