Hi, we've been growing DD for years now, year round, often in a run of as many as 10. No two plants are exactly alike. A true 'devil' will have leaves that turn down at the tips like bat wings. The colors range from lavender to grape to nearly black. They are effective right from the plant as well, though I try never to smoke until they are in the jars for 3+ weeks. Sometimes there is a lot of pinene and it smells like cleaning solvent, or pesticide. It takes a few weeks in the jars to cure that and its harshness. In one run last spring of 6 plants there was 1 ruderalis (a stick for a stem and small side branches...few buds but all were big and solid)....1 full sized with misty pale grey lavender buds..... 2 full sized with purple buds, one regular and the other was half full-sized and half ruderalis-sized one.... 2 full height med-lavender buds...I think that's it. Half the reason we grow them is you never know what you're gonna get! It's so much fun and a treat to smoke. My husband creates his own soil, we go all organic, using 7 gallon bags. Someone earlier mentioned large, low buds, we get them as well. Love em.

Although the plant didn't turn red, the shade of pink and purple made her beautiful in her own way. I would high recommend these fast germinating seed. I dropped 3 seeds and 2 out of 3 came up within 3 days. I don't recommend topping this strain. Just let her grow!!

Only grew one seed as I’m growing multiple different auto strains this one is the youngest at 3 weeks and is the largest in the group with the oldest being 5 weeks expect a decent yield from this strain perfectly healthy and ideal growth with only slight defoliation no lst no scrog basically no training
