“I received a pack of 3 of these as a freebie. They all germinated fine but they all had an issue with the seed cap not falling off. I left it with the first cos I didn't know any better. It didn't survive. With the second, I gently removed the seed cap but that didn't survive either so I did a bit of research and found that you also have to remove the membrane inside the seed cap. Delicate surgery indeed, but absolutely worth it. It's definitely a plant full of surprises! Just starting to get some lovely pink and purple colouring. Not expecting a vast yield due to a few inexperienced grower cock ups early on, but it certainly looks like it's going to be something special.
