I live in the South in the United States and its Dead Summer Heat - there's not a cold draft anywhere in this STATE! (the seeds are warm and dark while germinating)

So far out of my 10 seed pack I've had 4/4 failures after waiting 6 days, and another batch of 3 that looks like they're going to fail.
These seeds are extremely poor quality, even visually. The worst germination rate I've ever encountered in my life.”
