“Well I never got to try it because you guys sent it trough the post office and the post office always loose as my s***. So can't order from you guys again. That's the second time this happened.”
“Great producer, awesome taste, love the citrusy smell, great buds and lots of them thanks so much I had this in the past with liberty haze another great plant”
“Indoor grow completed at just over 9 weeks. SCROG (Screen of Green) grow filling a 4x4 tent. Really filling it. Full disclosure - Used a LOT of LED light, which possibly had a large effect on overall yield - plants seemed to appreciate a lot of light. No pests/problems during grow. Generally ideal indoor conditions.
Very large colas, most of which are about 12 inches, 2 inches (maybe more?). I never weigh my harvest, and I'm not great with number estimations like this, so I can only say it looks like a lot. Surprisingly little fluff on the underside - most matured very nicely. This was actually the most surprising part, as the tent was truly full, and I thought the towering colas would block out too much light. I did a good job of trimming smaller, weaker stalks so that most energy went to colas this time around, and I would say lollipopping/skirting your SCROG is a definite must.
Buds are semi-dense, in a spongy sense, and will likely contract and dense up when dried/cured. They are very 'clean' looking, in that they appear to be mostly hairy bud, with very small sugar leaves in comparison. Fan leaves are very large, but relatively sparse and will make for an easy trim, especially since most leaves yellow and fall on their own near the end of harvest. Which reminds me - THE COLORS. I was worried for a bit with the yellowing, but the leaves remained healthy, and many went from green to gold and then purple/crimson. This began in a little bit into flush. The leaching of nitrogen seems to have contributed quite a bit to the purpling of the plant.
Very resiny. 85% cloudy/15% amber. I'm doing 48 hours of darkness and expect more trichome degradation by then, so expecting 75/25. As mentioned before, even the bottom half of plant matured nicely, which seems to also be developing amber at the same rate as the top. I promised my brother fluff for oil. He will be disappointed.
I found the true orange smell was most present when plucking near-dead leaves, moving my hands through the foliage to reach the targets. You'd pull your hand out and smell the exact smell of an orange peel. This smell lessened and became a bit sweeter throughout harvest (Very possible I became nose-blind). After working with the plant, I'd come inside and get either one of two reactions: "You stink like pot / You smell amazing", depending on how long I was working.
I'll admit, I didn't expect much from this strain, and I actually misunderstood it to be a straight sativa. I bought it to experiment with a sativa SCROG, and this still taught me a lot about it, as it will climb vigorously. After researching more and realizing it is 50/50 sativa/indica, and observing the stellar growth, I am VERY enthusiastic about this strain. My straight indica plant didn't produce as much as I hoped, so this was a nice relief to see so much success from this beautiful plant. I will be planting one for outdoor growth this year, and I'm very excited to see what the sun can do vs led indoor growing. This plant feels designed for outdoor growth.
Would buy again, but I still have a few.”
