“The quality of the strain is very good. Taste and smell are really nice. It took 13 weeks for this to mature. Not an issue for some people but the breeder has severely understated the flowering period. 3 of 3 popped. One hermed on me. The yield is above average, though. This is my experience. My other strains finished on time.”

My seed had a tap root appear within 48 hours. Was planted outside and sprouted 3days later. She is now 3 feet tall after 7 weeks of Veg stage.
She is very healthy and strong and I'm looking forward to a nice harvest.

“I've grown this strain many times over the last ten years and absolutely love the esults I have gotten. I've grown over 400 different strains. Everything from big Thais, Nepalese indicas, Oaxacans, Columbians, a bazillion kush strains and hybrids, elite clones etc..., you get the pictiure. I've done extensive breeding of my own and if you live in the Pacific Northwest there's a decent chance you've purchased cannabis I've grown or gotten your hands on one of my clones. One of the most memorable mother plants I've ever had came from one my five seed germinations of this strain. The flavor I got from that plant was so pungent, so tangy, sweet and sour, and still managing to produce notes of hash and kushy skunky stank. On top of the flavor profile this strain has real top shelf potency. What I wouldn't do to get a male of this strain I don't know. Unfortunately I moved and put her in another commercial grower's facility for safe keeping and she died when one of their greenhouses collapsed in the huge snows we had in 2016. I'm not currently growing on that scale, but I am doing limited germinations of my favorites so that I'll have some great mothers when we spool back up next year and Matatro Blue is one of the first I'm running. I'm also gonna germinate a big pile of regular run Destroyer from Cannabiogen to find a gnarly male to cross with Mataro. My personal Holy Grail cross.”
