Planted seeds this morning but had great success in past

Germination is slow, needs to be kept in a warm but VERY sunny place to develop a healthy seedling, I will try again in Spring for summer flowers. I attempted growing in Tropical North Queensland in the dry season (Autumn sowing).

The flower heads were beautiful for me to look at and for the bees & butterflies to feed from.

I planted my first mammoth grey sunflowers less than a week ago and they have all sprouted already, I am delighted.
