To start off, my order was delayed for more than a month due to COVID and postal services worldwide experiencing delays - which was unfortunate, but understandable. I reached out to Daniel about the delay and for an update - within 24 hours he responded, apologized and offered to send me free laces if my laces hadn't arrived within the first couple weeks of January. My laces arrived the first week of January. I'm impressed with the great customer service and the response I got!
The laces are well made and it has made my favorite pair of oxfords look even better. I was skeptical with the aglets at first, but they complement the laces and my shoes really well. Would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a pair.”
