“I was searching for some nice thin, flat and waxed laces to replace the original one that came with my shoes. I didn't expect it to be this hard, but yet I was there, lost in the search as nearly no brand does those, it is either, thin round or large flat but never thin flat.
After too much research I finally stumbled upon Senkels, the prices are a bit higher that the other brands but at least they had what I wanted. So I ordered, hoping everything would go smooth.
I got the thin flat waxed black laces with blackened tips.
First thing first, the packaging and the little card were very nice and gives a feeling that the company puts extra care into their product.
Most importantly the product itself :
The laces are really beautiful, length and width are perfect exactly what I was searching for, as for thickness it's half a millimeter smaller than the one I previously had.
My only complaint has to be the tips, they are beautifull upon arrival and will help the laces last in the long run but they were sligthly larger than the laces themselves, making them hard to fit into the laces holes which have metal aglets on my shoes. The other slight problem is that the black finish doesn't last, after just a few wear it is starting to show the original color underneath I don't mind it much but it is important to note.
I'd rate those a 10/10 despite the small "problems" (more preferences to be honest) because I like those laces a lot and will definitely order more for other shoes.”

“Haben mit Hilfe der Kombizange gepasst. Den Abschluss habe ich leider geringfügig dadurch beschädigt. Ist aber unmerklich.
Bei einem zweiten Paar (ebenfalls Dior) musste ich die Enden abschneiden und habe sie mit Sekundenkleber versiegelt. Ein weniger aufwändige aber solide Ausführung wäre wünschenswert.”
