There are a couple of things that might help improve the selection process for future customers:
1. It was quite difficult to figure out the right lace width. I measured my old laces several times (la sportiva tx6) but still couldn’t determine whether I needed 2.5 mm or 4 mm =) In the end, I ordered 2.5 mm, but I think my original laces were actually 4 mm. The difference between the options isn’t very clear on the website. It might help to show photos of the same pair of shoes with both widths — this would make the choice much easier.
2. The length of the laces (140 cm) matches what I ordered, so that’s perfect. However, when I laced them up, the ends turned out longer than my original laces. I think this might be because the laces are quite thin (2.5 mm) and possibly stretched a bit when tightened. This isn’t a problem with the laces or the production — everything is fine.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase — thank you for your hard work! I just slightly misjudged the width because it was hard to visualize the difference. Best of luck with growing your business!”
