“I had bad experience.. bought item online to pick up, coz their web site says item "in stock". I went to shop to pick up and staff told me its coming from warehouse so can't pick up on the day... so I wait couple weeks, nothing heard from them, so rang them up and ask what happen my order. then I've been told its still on the way.. it took too long so I cancel my order, but I don't get any cancellation notice or, no refund notification even next day. so went to shop again and ask what's going on. staff told me item hasn't asrrived, it may return to warehouse, coz I cancel my order... How could shippment get return to warehouse without arriving it to shop? only I can think is item even hasn't ship out yet. also been told to take 10 business days to get refund.. hopefully I get full refund in 10 business days. As they said. very disappointed.”
