“Although the product seems to be of good enough quality the wrong colour was sent. Instead of a lovely warm mink I received a sad grey. As this was a forwarding on Christmas present (and I work, no time for repackaging and post office trips) I didn’t have time to go through the return and repost option as no guarantee I’d get in time. Hopefully I’m the only customer that will experience this disappointment”

“The slippers were bought as a gift, My mother said they are fantastic, they keep her feet warm and they are non slip, she cant praise them enough! Amazing quality.”
