“The delivery folks are awesome! Kudos to the regular guy and the new woman trainee!
They luckily showed up when I was home so I could maneuver them around the fish pond, and trim some jungle. It would be best for me to know WHEN someone is making a delivery so I can be sure the shrubbery is clear, and they can safely pull the hose past the pond wiring.
All in all, great staff.
Now if you can only lower rates to plausible for someone on social insecurity...”
“I liked getting an email the day before to say you were coming. My driver person was very helpful with questions that I had. He gave me some additive that makes my heater work better in the cold which I greatly appreciate! Thanks”
“Dependable
Only one thing I would ask, please please please please consider giving seniors ( 65 and above) a $99 lock in/ cap fee for the budget plan.. Thank you for your prompt attention to this very important matter.”
