“I am grateful to have Shipley energy as my heat and electricity. Thanks to the driver for my delivery. Frightening how much the price has gone up but I know it isn't Shipley that has made it so high. I'm so glad I am on the Budget plan.”
“They know when to fill the underground oil tank, they do so without my having to do anything, they leave a summary of the number of gallons, cost per gallon and the total cost of the fill-up, and leave a written summary of everthing on an info sheet at the front door.”
“Oil delivery service is good. I am not happy with the excessive charges on getting my heat pump and oil furnace restarted. The heat pump just came back on its own during the tech call, so I am concerned that the issue was unable to be found, and that it could reocccur. After oil refill, all the furnace needed was to press button to restart it. The person who delievered the oil apparently was unable to do this, so I had to pay for a service tech to come out the next day. I actuallty know how to push that button myself and had I known this was all that was needed, could have easily done so. I am glad that both units are working now, but the service fees with respect to the amount of actual work needed or completed is excessive.”
