“Those base are pretty solid. The color came right. At this price point, you should definitely grab one. If you need a reference point, depending on the length of the down stem of your hookah, I usually put about 1.5L of water. (You want the water level to be around 1cm to 2 cm above the down stem or the highest hole of the diffuser if you have one.)”
