“Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Arranged for parcel to be left in a safe place online and had confirmation of this. Boots not delivered that day despite contacting Shoestore to contact courier to return to address, which they said they would. Registered safe place again. Boots delivered the following day to my neighbour - not my safe place. As a 1st time customer who has paid for next day delivery and not had this service I will never be shopping with shoe store again due to courier choice.”

Our carriers require a signature on delivery and are unable to leave parcels anywhere without a signature upon delivery, I am sorry this was an issue for you.
