“I bought this sneakers and I received the wrong model. After sending many emails and making several phone calls whose telephone service is terrible, I have not received a response nor have I been reimbursed. Also, they do not make exchanges but I have to re-place the order without being able to opt for the discount with which I buy them on Black Friday.”
