“My boots arrived promptly and packed securely. Included in the box was a note from the employee who had checked the boots which said that she hoped I would enjoy wearing them. She also included her name and a reference number which would have been very useful had I needed to contact anyone at Shoon. There was certainly no need for me to do that; the boots were in perfect condition and exactly as displayed in the website photograph and explanation. Excellent service and a good quality product. I would definitely use this firm again.”
