“One pair of shoes of my order arrived the day after ordering - however the second pair never arrived - I telephoned and got immediately cut off - I emailed and got no reply - I then phoned twice more and eventually got told that the shoes had been located (!) and were in no condition to be sent out nd that I would get a refund plus £10.00 in "my account" to spend with them - I suppose they thought they could win me back - but as I HAVE NO ACCOUNT with them I cannot reach this £10.00 even if I would think of using them again which I WOULD NOT!”
