“Shoon despatched my Arise shoes very promptly giving excellent service.My shoes are great,love the colour but most of all it’s the comfort....they so comfortable it’s like wearing a pair of slippers.Love Cat shoes,hope Shoon continue to stock them! Regards Miles”

“I'm sure the Arise sneaker is lovely, my reason for giving one star is that they never arrived. I received no notification from Shoon that they had cancelled my order and no correspondence beyond an email saying 'you have been refunded'. I still wanted the shoes, they hadn't arrived, and I had the email about 4 days after ordering. I was planning to email Shoon today to find out why they cancelled my order, which according to previous emails was on its way already - when I received this 'please review your purchase'. I'm still trying to find the Arise sneaker elsewhere. Shoddy customer service, Shoon. If you read this, feel free to contact me and fact me what happened!”
